Outdoors there’s all manner of super-cute wooden play structures, just begging to be clambered over by the ankle biters! (aimed at 9yrs and under) with plenty of swings for all ages to boot.  Imagination’s the only limit to where they’ll end up after an adventure in the monster truck, airplane, ark, fire truck, tractor, or train!

We recognise the cost of living crisis is particularly tough right now on families with young children, and also appreciate that with our Skipton Store being somewhat out in the sticks, it can make a visit to us add up.  The very last thing we want is for children to be the ones feeling the pinch by having to miss out, and so access to our outdoor play at Skipton is free of charge to all visitors.  A hand stamp system will limit play to one hour, to ensure our car park, outdoor tables, and toilets do not become overwhelmed, and that everyone has the opportunity and space to have a blast! Please note that the outdoor play area is not lit, and during the darker months, access cannot be guaranteed.

Play Barns
The barns are chocked full of adventure with daring big kid Rope Swings, Racing Slides, Trolley Dash, Little Kid Rope Swings, and Toddler Trike Track – basically, a back-to-basics ole fashioned fun way to let off steam, from tots to teens! And all set amidst the fresh air and gorgeous backdrop of the Yorkshire Dales countryside.

Pre-Booked Diners WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS – To keep numbers at safe and pleasant levels, entry to our play barns is limited during weekends/holidays. Pre-booked diners can access play either before or after dining—whichever suits you best! The hour starts from the time you purchase your wristband (£3 per child for one hour), so for best value, we recommend planning to play in the hour before or after your dining slot. Our friendly guy or gal at the gate will have your booking details ready to check you in.

Walk-up/Outside Diners – Access to play barns following dining only.  When placing your order, you will receive a ‘dined at Billy Bobs’ ticket to show to the guy or gal when purchasing wristbands at the gate (£3 entry per child for one hour).

What Counts as Dining? Dining (and booking a table) means that all members of your group are enjoying a main meal from our menu. This can include our famous Sundaes or Waffle/Pancake Specials—those count too! We’re sorry, but just popping in for coffee or ice creams don’t qualify as dining with us.

Play-only Playbarn Booking – £5 per child for a one-hour play-only booking. We have limited availability – click here to check availability.

Term Time – No need to dine midweek-term-time to enter play areas, simply pay at the gate/inside prior to entering play areas (£3 entry per child for one hour.) ** During winter school hours there’s the added bonus of access to our heated Party Barn (u7’s only) within the cost of entry.
